A FEW QUICK TIPS TO SET YOUR NAILS RIGHT BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
Eat healthy if you want
to have strong and healthy nails. Protein, Vitamins B12, Zinc, Calcium and phosphorus,
all play a role in making your nails to look clean and nice.
It is better to wash your
hands with room temperature water. Cold water makes your hands look rough, and
if the water is too hot, it dries your skin.
Soak nails in lemon juice
and run with a cotton swab to remove stains.
Use special treats for
your nails once in a while. For example, olive oil mixed with couple of drops
of lemon juice seriously strengthens your nails.
If your hands sweat a lot
salt bath is a solution. Dissolve one teaspoon of salt in one litre of warm
water. Soak your hands in it for 5-10 minutes. Do this on a regular basis, at
least 10-15 days prior to the wedding.
Use daily hydrating cream
for hands. This will make your hands look smooth and soft.
It is recommended to do
manicure at least one time every two weeks.
Applying too much of nail
polish can make your nails yellow.
Apply moisturizer lotion
to the nails before sleeping at night.
An easy way to remove
cuticles is to rub them with oil.
Use a nail buffer to
shine nails between manicures.
Use an old toothbrush as
a nail brush.
Wash hands with a small
amount of cornmeal or sugar mixed with water to exfoliate.
STUNNING NAIL ART
Always get artificial
nails applied by an expert.
Artificial nails would
need manicure or refilling every two or three weeks.
Before applying any
acrylic layer, clean your nails. If the nails have remnants of cuticle oil, or
old polish or lotion, the new polish would not apply itself properly.
Use a nail stick to clean
up the acrylic on the skin around the finger nail.
Seal the polish with a
top coat to camouflage possible streaks or bubbles.
Allow enough time to the
nails to dry.
