STAY HEALTHY FOR EXAM
DIET

play a sport for 30-40 minutes
Don’t exhaust yourself
STUDY
Don’t crouch while
studying
Go back to your notes
Make flashcards
Put up mnemonics,
formulae, diagrams on walls
Focus on school texts
before going to reference books
Take a break after every
40 minutes
