STAY HEALTHY FOR EXAM DIET Take several small meals Keep them balanced with more protein, and less fats and carbohydrates Have a glass of water every 2-3 hours Also have coconut water, fresh fruit juice Eat lots of fruits, salads, greens Include pulses, milk in the diet   SLEEP Get enough sleep, 6-8 hours ideally Don’t take sleeping pills A nap in the afternoon is a good idea EXERCISE Ensure you exercise Ideal to take a walk or play a sport for 30-40 minutes Don’t exhaust yourself  STUDY  Don’t crouch while studying Go back to your notes Make flashcards Put up mnemonics, formulae, diagrams on walls Focus on school texts before going to reference books Take a break after every 40 minutes
